Whilst I do not doubt the benefits of "rebounding" on the lymphatic system, joints and other claims made, not only in this video, but all over the internet…..WHERE can I find this NASA study so that I may read the research results for myself? All I can find is the effects of bouncing on the cells of individuals who have been exposed to a zero gravity condition for more than a few weeks. Lol…that's not us! I don't want to discredit the claims in this video but please can I see the proof?
    Also in terms of a 10 min rebound session being compared to a 40 min run…in which aspects? Calorie burn? No. I'm a nutritionist, not an exercise expert so I would like to learn what quantifies this statement. Thank you!

I went from sitting on the bench and barely being able to dunk – to averaging multiple dunks per game, being a starter, and also winning the state championship after using this vertical jump training!
