    Just starting out and I wanted to incorporate a simple exercise with my walking.
    This seems perfect.
    Especially want to learn these type of easier methods to show my elderly mother who has trouble walking.
    Although I think she will have to use water bottles.
    I can motivate her by doing it with her and it’s only 15 mins.

  10. I don't have mobility issues, but have friends who do, or are real beginning exercisers, so I'm trying these BodySit routines along with other workouts of yours. Ha! I didn't expect to sweat with this one, but I did! But with the different options you offer, it's really accessible to many individuals who are overlooked by other instructors.   11. I recently injured my toe. Accidentally dropped a 15 lb dumbbell plate on it as the screws got loose. My doctor told me it would take weeks to recover which is a huge disappointment for me. I'm really glad you made this video and now I can continue somehow.

  12. This is great! I was doing your beginner workouts and then I broke my pinky toe so this has helped me stay moving even though I can't do normal workouts while my toe heals!!

  18. Great short workout. I added it on after a 2 mile treadmill walk and worked up quite a sweat with her. Love the length! Perfect for days you don't feel like moving much.
