  6. I’m a level 5 gymnast and I do a workout everyday and on Monday Wednesday and Friday I do 2 workouts because I do one at home and one at gymnastics and this workout killed me lol

  25. Started doing this today and I’m so tired after this, gained some weight over quarantine I’m trying to lose but I’m confident that this will do it!!
