That's was tough! I feel like the instructor probably could have went for an hour and wouldn't have been tired LOL

I've been doing pop sugar workouts all year and this is one of the worse workouts I've done. The only part that's worth doing is the last 6 minutes. The rest is so incredibly repetitive. None of the other trainers make you do the same exercises for 24 minutes, wth? Also crunches? really? nobody is doing that anymore, they are so ineffective. I would be mad if I had to pay for this at a gym.

Liked the balance of strength/cardio sections with active recovery sections in between. This was a nicely balanced workout for me with plenty of sweat equity! Adding this one to the rotation:-)

theres not much cardio and weights involved but I almost passed out after the last burpee! Its crazy I dont know what in this program that i felt like its really effective. My heart was like pumping hard afterwards. :))))

The workout was fun but I had 4 commercials come on including one in the last 5 seconds of the workout. Idk if this is youtube or the makers of the video who's fault this is but I do workout videos regularly and this doesn't ever happen. Really killed the vibe!
This workout is so great, but there are like 5 or 6 ads in the middle! It's too much 😔

It was fun, but a little more intro explanation before moves start would be helpful to not get lost. I also think it was strange to end with burpees instead of a cooldown type activity
This is a workout for everybody, ya, everybody who is at experienced level and having none of the extra weight… such a bulshit talking.
My gym teacher didn’t let us take a break during active recovery OR the ads 🤦♂️.
