  3. It would be a shame for you not to bulk up when these other people do it so easily using Max Muscle Extend (check it out on Google).

  4. Hi just seen your video wanted yo start ding some ab work I am 34 and am skinny but want to tone up my stomach area how many times a week should I work on ab area also what's best exercises to do as just want front stomach area tones as have no love handles

  6. I feel the burn in my legs and sides, but not my ab area. Am I doing something wrong? Im watching the video and doing what you are doing but I still dont feel anything. Is that bad?
