We are going to teach you how to set up a workout schedule that is best for you. This video will help you come up with your own weekly workout plan that you can follow from Monday through Sunday each week. This is the best workout schedule for men to lose weight and get back in shape.

Before you set up your weekly workout plan for men, you must make sure that you are eating healthy and getting the proper nutrition. You CANNOT out-exercise a bad diet. You must make sure that you are getting daily movement as well. If you practice these two together (healthy eating and daily movement) you can lose weight without exercising intensely.

    Don't forget to cut your calories too, if you want to lose weight. It does not help to eat healthy if you are eating too much.

    A very helpful video, but I am a little confused. I'm not sure if I have heard it on this channel, but I have heard and read in other places that slow, steady cardio is bad for testosterone production. Is that correct?

    Question: How about daily cardio training instead of brisk walking? I mean a daily run in the morning for about 20-30 Minutes or doing Burpees?

    I work out 6x weekly, walk 6x weekly for 70 minutes and swim once per week. I was 213lbs and now I am 178lbs so far and I am still enjoying food. Thanks for the video 💪.
