  2. Hi guys, just wanted to let you know that I really enjoy your workouts because I can follow either coach or Claudia depending on the exercise. I would also tell you to please keep including the warm-ups and cooldowns on your videos because I will not do them unless you tell me to! LOL ! Keep up the good work!

    I was 5K runners.. i did it everyday.. since i was contracted coronavirus.. i must deal with neuromuscular problems.. it was not easy for me to regain my streght because of the pain.. my friend suggested me to exercise begin with hasfit for seniors and elderly.. and its a miracle.. i got better strenght in a week.. now i am able to do hasfit hiit cardio low impact for begginers..thank you coach

    This one is great low impact cardio and strength/toning and I will do it again in the future for sure BUT I am confused as to why it is described as "HIIT". Nothing about this is HIIT but it's still a TERRIFIC workout!

    Hi Coach and Claudia. The main reason that I do your workout is because I had a knee injury when I was 16 and it would come back whenever I did something too strenuous like running or most lunges. I was surprised that when I pushed myself to do the lunge in this video that it didn't hurt as long as I didn't go below a certain point, and I followed Claudia's movement only for the lunges. Mostly I would follow Coach (partly because I've been a long time follower) as I get fitter and fitter in my journey to recovery. I want to tell you guys that if it wasn't for Claudia making those moves, I would have given up because it is rather hard to find exercise videos that would strengthen but won't hurt my knees. Kudos to my favourite Coach and Claudia. Hugs!
