It's only been a few days and I've been doing lighter exercise, but when I first did this I wasn't able to even do the slow mountain climbers, but I came back today and was able to keep myself up and even did some fast mountain climbers! It's a work in progress, but it's progress nonetheless!

  7. I normally don't leave comments, but I just had to tell you how great this video looks, I will start it on tomorrow morning. I'm excited, it is definitely a beginners workout. There are a bunch of videos out there that slated as beginners but they are not. New subbie here, thank you for sharing. I'm late to the party, but I'm here now.

Je t'ai découvert en janvier, je n'était clairement plus en forme donc je trouvais ça difficile mais j'aime tellement tes mouvements, tes entrainements comment ils sont structuré, que même une de mes amies s'est abonné et elle t'adore aussi !     I have just managed 3 minutes. I think there needs to be a pre beginner – I will persevere though. It has certainly increased my personal embarrassment relating to fitnesses levels

  22. Okay so I started doing this workout every single day since the 1st January, it has now been 2 weeks and i managed to lose 3.3 pounds. This of course worked with a healthier diet, as I ate 1,500 calories a day and kept track of what i ate all the time. Please stay motivated guys, you can do it, it just takes time.
    I will keep updating this every month.
