    I’ve been use a metal speed rope for about 6 months now. The rope featured in the video looks really clunky and slow. I could imagine the rope holding you back from jumping faster. The app is cool, but a fitness watch accomplishes the same task. Imo, get a nice traditional rope and just count your jumps in your head…or time yourself
