  5. A perfect 10 minutes to start the day! Thanks Schellea 🙂 I teach mat pilates and incorporate similar mat exercises. These are so good for not only our hips, but also for lower back and knee function. Keep making these videos 💕🙌

  7. Finally now had the chance to do this workout , just finished and almost don’t know what to say first: How can there be this much creativity! Always in here ,new ways of moving, new sequences of moves- & this music is fantastically suited to the routine~ Score myself? For sure a “10” in effort, (particularly considering what it takes for my ‘ lunges’ to go anything like what Im seeing😳)so extra thanks, Schellea for your characteristic intuitive extras, like suggesting we shouldn’t worry about what our legs look like while we’re doing this.

    I'm 64 years young 🤗and I'm tall , thin with little bones and only weigh
    7 stone, so always thought… I can't do those exercises 🙊
    I decide last year during lockdown that I need to do some exercises
    I started with your stretches, wow, felt so good👍🏻and your words are so inspirational 🌈
    the I did your 10 minute standing abs, then your upper body workout with weights!
    Omg, I have little muscles in my arms and I feel so much stronger💪🏻
    and I have better range of movement , I can turn my head so much more when reversing
    out the drive way ( as you say the stiffness just creeps up on you 😟)
    I just had a look and a little try at this workout ( would love to actually have a bum😂)
    and I can't wait to try it tomorrow, I only wish I started exercising 30 years ago😬
    I was busy raising my 4 beautiful children 😍
