Time for an intense cardio AMRAP workout!! An AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) is all about doing YOUR best and getting through as many rounds of each exercise as you can within 5 minutes. Focus on form over speed but challenge yourself and get out of that comfort zone! Follow along and get ready to SWEAT!

    Corpse pose at the end of the cool down is pretty appropriate for this workout 😂 my whole body is shaking! I am not ashamed to say I paused for slightly longer breaks between the 5 minute circuits so I could safely down some water 😉 awesome as always 🙌🏻

  11. I was trying to sleep… lying in my bed for more than 3 hours with my thoughts and having a terrible insomnia … then I got up and kicked all my thoughts away with this workout … now i am sure that i can sleep in less than 3mins
