Welcome to the 4 Week Fat To Fit Transformation Home Workout Program – Beginners Mode. In these 4 weeks, you will be doing beginner-friendly exercises to kickstart your fitness journey from home. We will be guiding you along by gradually increasing the difficulty of the exercise through the weeks as we move on to “Athlete Mode” and then “Beast Mode” (to be released). Most of these exercises will be fat burning workouts for you to burn calories in order to lose fat and weight.
