Thank you very useful as I used to have a lot of all over my legs and i am also diabetic…i used to have very bad health and none of the medicine were effective thankfully i got to know about Planet Ayurveda through net and after taking their herbal medicine my pain got better..thankyou i will try it too.

  17. are these exercises good for really weak legs ad I have trouble with actually walking and it creates a limp ad I really want to get my whole leg strength so I can start walking normally again

  28. 4:40 Learned this exercise from Rosemary Conley around 25-30 years ago! (when I was still a wean) 🙂 Sometimes I do it when I'm lying in bed! (the easy version that is haha)
