20 Min QUICK MORNING WORKOUT | BURN CALORIES, HAVE MORE ENERGY



This quick morning routine will prepare your body and mind for the day by charging you with energy. You will start off with a slower variation of jumping jacks to gently get your heart rate rising and moving into standing crunches to get that torso warm and ready for work. This workout consists of 3 working supersets that are aimed to help build lean muscle mass that boosts metabolism which not only energizes you but increases number of calories burned throughout the day.

    Hi Roberta, doctors told uterous size is large expanded because of c section, but no issues at all till now but belly looks like some 8 month pregnant, any workout is there for bring back to normal size naturally, complete scan done, no medication required as per doctor only shape is the issue please reply
