    I'm hoping this is the first day of the challenge. It did go quickly, you are right. Felt a bit like the new girl in the class, being a bit behind on some. I know I'll get used to the moves and hopefully get better. Felt a bit faster than your usual. It was a good all rounder though. Thank you.

    I've been doing your workouts for 2 months now and my teenage daughter has also been into them, like crazy!
    I have to say I love your workouts and your stretches a lot! I tried many other workouts before I got to know about you but none of them really helped in any sort compared to yours <3 I really hope my fat body turns into a slim and toned one, like yours soon.
    I also wanted to ask if these exercises help to tone the body or not?

    Finished this one and now onto the stretching. Hey you are a day ahead of us. It's Tuesday June 1st where you are and it's still Monday, May 31st in Arizona. I got Tuesday's workout in my inbox already. I'm sure everyone else in other parts of the world are in different days, as well. So when you finish up the 14th day, I will be on the 13th day.

  21. Following the 14 day challenge. Hooray, a workout for my 58 year old body. Gave up the gym a few years ago after knee problems. Lost some weight, been walking but just need to increase fitness and do some toning exercises with age appropriate exercise.

  25. Isn't it amazing how great you feel after just 15 minutes?!! I added the 5 minute balance, 5 minute knee, and then a stretch! This is going to be a fun challenge increasing with each day. I am committed and hold myself accountable for 14 days . . . and beyond!
