    I’m going to attempt this. I’ve been doing Mira’s 10 day exercise. I did the the first day and thought Eh! No way I can do this I went back and tried again and did 8 outs 10, I’ve set this as a goal to try wish me luck x

    Completed the whole thing. First off, I love these videos. They work. This one I only burned 270 cals in 35 mins. I’m average build- so you may burn more or less BUT nowhere close to 650.

    Lots of jumping and weird footwork. Not good if you have weak or sensitive knees or if you live in an apartment. I did like it but I prefer the others with less jumping. Thank you for these amazing videos. They work! I’m down 45lbs.

  29. کسی که پشت خانم mira pham ورزش میکند و بال تنه خاکستری وشلوار سیاه پوشیده وتازگیها هم حتی آموزش میده , بسیار بد واشتباه ورزش میکند واصلا"حرکات استاد خود خانم میرا فام را خوب انجام نمیدهد.

    This was my first time doing one of your videos after my mom recommended you and OHEMGEEEEE!!!! What a workout! Def NOT for beginners but SO much FUN! I loved it! I'll be doing this daily and see how much weight I loose. 6 pack abs here I come!
