    What do u think of Russian bear 1000. I’ve added 8kg in 7 months just eating normal healthy foods. I went from 56Kg to 64Kg and now I’m plateauing.

  12. Hey man, nice video as always! Quick question : Can I combine a compound movement with an isolation one? For example, dumbbells for biceps and push-ups at the same time? The problem is, after my dumbbells, my arms are weak and can't "give their maximum" on push-ups.
