  2. I love Sydney Cummings workout I have been do her workouts every day

  3. Her workouts I feel are more for intermediates and advanced level. I would not recommend her programs until someone has strength trained for atleast 6 months

    I've been doing her workouts (although its not on the right day) and I really like the exercises. Its more active then julian michaels. I also want the workout calendar but I don't want to pay 8 dollars for it

  5. Been doing Sydneys workouts almost daily since May 2020. Absolutely love her, she helped me fall in love with myself again and the bodily improvements are a nice side effect. Definitely easy to go over board but it's also something that's been an oasis for me mentally so that's on me, not Sydney.

  6. Iโ€™m so surprised to see you use the word repetitive! Iโ€™ve been doing these workouts for a while and thatโ€™s pretty much the opposite of the word I would use. I totally respect your opinion though.

    I love Sydney Cummings! I'm currently using the sweat app and am doing the lifting at home program, but on LISS days I will do her HITT workouts. I always fell great after doing her workouts and it feels like she's there with you helping you along the way.

    i've been watching sydney's videos for about a year now! i sometimes go on runs instead of workout videos because they relax my mind a bit more. but i have never been this strong, or thin, or fit! i went from weighing about 150 to 130 from her workouts! and my friends always comment on how i have abs now which blows my mind. she is legit!!! also YES my booty changed overnight i swear. hahaha

  13. Omg I stumbled onto your YouTube page and saw your review of Sydney Cummings. She is just amazing!! I am a full on subscriber to her program and it's worth every single penny. I used to be so athletic in high school and college and when I first got into law enforcement. Then changed jobs, became a mom and seriously gained 50+ pounds and HATED myself. Sydney was introduced to me by a dear friend and I truly live her program. It is not for everyone, but I love her intensity, moral support and just her story.

    I do Sydney Cummings workouts 4-5 days a week but I found that it was difficult to increase weights for leg days because I hurt my shoulder and I feel like that has halted my fitness journey. I am hoping once the gyms open again I will be able to use leg and glute machines to build muscle without hurting my shoulder. I find that her cardio workouts are my favorite at the moment and that has been what I am doing to get my blood flowing and feel energized. I think that you were right when you said at certain weights it was hard on other parts of your body because I have felt the same way. I do wish she had days that were less strength heavy to break up the week or she added more time to stretch at the end because I leave the workout feeling super sore the next day. I loved this video keep creating great content :).

  15. I will say, working out with Sydney gets a lot easier after a while! When I first started her programs a few years ago, I could barely keep up with the moves and could only do her workouts 2-3 times a week. Now, missing a workout throws me off my game 100% – my body is used to working that hard for that long every day and it has been so evident how much stronger I've gotten doing her workouts daily! I highly recommend sticking to her programs rather than jumping around to different ones – it gets easier and she preaches mental health over body aesthetics which is one of the reasons I've been doing this for years!!

    I love this review, especially because I've never heard of Sydney Cummings before! Currently, I am doing Heather Robertson's YT 12-week challenge. Will try Sydney Cummings afterward, especially bc I do own all the equipment!

  17. Question, is the workout program prerecorded or is she teaching it live ? Im not hating ๐Ÿ‘€๐Ÿ˜… its a good and sensible workout ๐Ÿ’ช, Im just curious and missed it if you said it during the video

    I love Sydney! I do her workouts as much as possible! I can't join fully right now because I'm going through college and need to conserve my funds but would definitely join if I was able. I love how her full workouts daily are free to everyone. There are not many trainers that would give their workouts for free and her inspiration at the end of each workout is wonderful. I tell everyone I can about her.
