  9. Forget about 3 sets if you cannot do it but atleast 1 complete set with consistency I have seen changes. Workout 4d is amazing.

  10. After completing one set of exercises, then we do the second and third set? Or do we have to complete one exercise with 3 sets then move to the other exercise?
