Strength exercises using dumbbells for resistance plus body weighted cardio bursts is a really effective way to build lean muscle and burn fat at the same time.   7. homg i'm too out of shape for this lmao. Knees hurting from squats and I can't do a push up. Shoulda done low impact but I was feeling over confident 😛
