  13. I really like this, BUT in the middle with the bouncy freestyle, I had some leakage and had to stop to change underwear, use a pad, and then start again. Over 70 here. Now, I will swim laps for about 20 minutes! Thank you.

I was already warmed up and so engaged and could not be defeated😅😅😅. Those 30 minutes of total body movement left me sweating from head to toe……. fabulous!
