  6. I have recently discovered your workouts and really enjoy them. Iโ€™m pretty fit and very active but just found out the pain I have in my hips and legs is from osteoarthritis so Iโ€™m doing more exercises to strengthen my muscles around my hips. And Iโ€™ve had to stop doing some of the things I used to do which sucks because Iโ€™m only 55. So Iโ€™d really appreciate any workout ideas or advice to help me and other people with this issue. Oh and thereโ€™s also the menopause issue of weight gain that Iโ€™m learning about and not really enjoying, even though Iโ€™ve not changed my routines much, I canโ€™t loose this weight. Thanks!!
