    I've just recently discovered your channel and I'm LOVING it! I'm 66 so I hope I can still be in your Fabulous 50's club because these exercises are making a difference in my life. When I start with them in the morning I'm much less stiff and sore (I have rheumatoid arthritis) for the rest of the whole day. I sleep better, too. Thank you so much for the good work you're doing for all of us over 50!
