  2. Im loving you guys! Thank you so much it helps me alot.
    I am a cctv operator 8-12hours a lot of sitting is happening. And your workouts helped my backpain, my lower back may core and specially staying physically and mentally fit. I'm not stress anymore. Love you guys.

  10. Excellist, so happy you added a new band class.. The band kept popping off my foot in the kick back excercise, so I tried it with one of those "magic circle" bands around my thighs so hopefully I got the right muscle.

  23. I enjoy working out with you guys because of he jokes and encouragement you give throughout. It drowns out my deep breathing!

  24. I work out primarily because of my chronic everyday anxiety. Every single day is the same:
    minute 00.00 I can do this, I want to do this
    minute 18.00 That's it I am done, I am going to die, I am a loser
    minute 32.00 Keep whining that I cant, but don't stop
    minute 40.00 I realize that I did it, almost cry because of satisfaction.

    I think the main goal is to act and stop listening to your mind, cause they go everywhere every single minute. And when you realize that you are not your mind, but something else beyond, you feel powerful. Exercising helped me with everyday pressure in my chest-anxiety and bad thoughts. This is the only way so far to give me instant relief from everyday pressure. Just done my workout and going to take a cold shower, and keep going with my day. You guys are awesome.
