    So Gym workout is the reason behind your Toned Physical Appearance… Amazingly Done…. I agree with your statement of taking nutrients in More Natural form rather than taking Supplements…. By the way Boil eggs are my favorite nonveg food…Eggs contains all Nine Amino Acids & a complete Protein, extremely good for skin… I also prefer eating less nonveg food because I love vegetables… One more thing….you are Very Beautiful….
