  8. Really enjoy that workout. Talk about getting older! I was diagnosed with MS so balance, mobility, and flexibility training is what keeps me mobile. I love your workouts. Especially the ones with the basic moves. It's odd, my balance is more challenged with kickboxing then it is with step videos.
