    I've been doing lucy's 7 minute workouts for the waist, and then these ab workouts. My waist before i started was about 30, and now it's only 27. It really works as long as you're consistent. β™‘

  5. Lucy I love your workouts and you are so nice and sweet, I' m not so young (47) and your wourkouts are perfect for me now…I wonder if they are working on my body …I m quite used at strong workouts,my muscles are, but I can't stand them anymore…

    I have been doing these workouts for a little over a week and I can already feel the difference. I have way more energy, my mood is better, and I can feel my muscle memory returning. I have extensive injuries and am still able to do these work outs without any issue. Thank you soooo much Lucy. I love how short these videos are and that makes it easier for me to talk myself into doing them.

    I am not a beginner. I am 62, but was having trouble staying motivated with my workout routine. I came across your workouts and am loving them. I have been a body builder most of my life and do not actually do much in cardio because I simply do not like it. Plus, as you get older and experience fun things like bladder issues, I do not like jumping. Your workouts incorporate cardio, but in a very do-able amount. I had grown bored with the whole plank, sit up, crunches routine. I have started doing your workouts and am really focusing on form and taking it slow. I am loving it and feel like it is a breath of fresh air. Love how you take the time to really show how to do each move and that they are not difficult moves so I am able to keep up and not worry about coordination. They are very easy to follow. And, they are short enough routines that you can combine a couple for a really good workout. I want to encourage anyone who has trouble getting started on a workout routine…give these videos a shot. Before you know it you will be on a daily workout routine!

    Lucy, mid way through the video, you say that this is as effective as planks. But when I do planks, I can hardly do them for 15 secs, they seem harder, doesn't that mean they're working the muscles more?

    You are amazing! you have helped me so much. I even got my mum (77) to do some short routines too. I have always been fit and sporty, Then I got Cancer. I survived. then it came back. I have taken a lot of pills leaving my body bald, toxic, and maimed. My right arm is useless. I started to follow your workouts a few weeks ago. Even though I must strap my arm up in a sling, I have no trouble following your fun workouts. You are getting me back into shape, I feel strong and human again. So thank you, and keep going, we need you.

Full disclosure, I hate exercising, but this video makes it easy (because it's short) and fun, and I actually find myself working out along to this almost every day!
