  3. I LOVE your workouts! I was wondering if you’d do a 20 min arm dumbbell workout with NO plank/downward dog movements. Those moves hurt my wrists! I’d love it if you could, sometime soon! Or, if you have one already with no plank movements, please let me know! (Sometimes I try to piecemeal your Pinterest dumbbell sets into one workout, but I’d love to be able to just follow one of your videos with it all put together!). Thank you so much!
