Today is a full body workout so be ready to turn up the intensity! We will work for 30 seconds and rest for 15 seconds and complete 4 rounds of each exercise throughout the workout. This workout is perfect to perform without dumbbells or with dumbbells if you have them! I think you will love this workout and the new fun format!

  17. Two two days rest instead of 1 so yesterday and today I caught up, kept putting it off but was determined to get it done and put in the work because I love Sydneys workouts, this was a killer for me.

    Favorite move: plank rows with Burpees..was screaming at the end to make it through but i did.

  19. Great workout but too wrist heavy. Please provide options during this type of workout for people with wrist issues.

  20. After 15 months of working out with Sydney, today was the first time I was able to do burpees without modifying for the full time period! So for anyone challenged by burpees, don’t give up! We’re strong and getting stronger!

I am wondering if you will be submitting new stretch videos to go with weekly workouts. To be honest, I have become as addicted to your stretch videos after recent overuse injuries and feel they are imperative to recovery!     OMG just did this workout and my fav part was the weighted burpee and row combo. I used to have to row on my knees only but today I was able to row while in a plank. All thanks to you Sydney! <3 #crushedit
