    Hi Angie I currently do the rebounder workouts and mainly, due to it being low impact on the joints esp the knees. But surprisingly, it did have an impact on my right knee. Any tips for this issue besides wearing the knee protection?

  10. I really loved this – great fun. I started off doing low impact workouts with this channel while I was recovering post-natally, but now I just do them because I love them.
