    Started today right qfter my 2 mile run (ok, light jog/walk) but I started something! Will keep this up for the next 30 days, everyday and see what results will bring me by then. My arms are burning 🤗 That's great bc I don't want hamhocks for arms anymore

    ive been doing this for maybe two or three weeks, not everyday maybe three times a week ? and i'm seeing the difference omg my arms have always been so bony but i can see muscle on them, im gonna be so strong 😎

  7. Day 1: was honestly fun. Near the end I was losing it when doing the circles (those are the most burning on the arms🕊). In love with how you just tell us to keep going. Today is my first day using weights. I’m trying my best to get into shape for track season! It was a lot harder since I only have 8 pound weights but I’m sure it will be good on the long run!

    Day 2: really good session! I already feel like I’m getting stronger. Doing the punches wasnt as hard today. Those circles still kill me at the end but I got through it!‼️

    Guys don’t do this unless you want a shoulder injury her form is not good the only way to grow shoulders is lay raise should press side delts and etc. not hating I just don’t want any person to get a injury

    Is it ok to use 1 kg weights like will it still slim down my arms coz my mother don't allow me to get heavier weights she literally told me to buy 0.5 kg weights before 🤦🏽‍♀️

    This is my first time doing this workout. I have weak arms, so I did them with my 1kg weights, will work on being able to transition to the 5lb weights…
