    Rohit there is no need to consume carbs supplement. Any protein supplement or eggs with banana/rice/chapati will work.

    If you recommend protein and carbs supplement then why not take mass gainers which have adiquate carbs and protein?

    BTW in one of your videos you had called mass gainers as "tatti supplement".

    🤣🤣🤣🤣

    So dont promote any carbs supplements. Carbs are anyways found in excess quantity in any Indian home kitchen.
