    Hi I have a question about core strenght. I didn’t engaged it properly before but now when I try what I think is the right way, it works at the beginning when I lie down but then my stomach is bulging up when I lift my legs and try to do an exercise. It’s just so shaky and I can’t even do a plank right because my stomach is floating up and I don’t find the contact, do you know the reason, is it weakness or do I just need to practice to get used to it?
