  14. Well, some ppl might think this will be an easy workout … but this ppl don't know Anna. My quads were burning after some exercise combinations, my fitness watch showed my a high pulse … this workout is intense and fun, because you can punch your worries away … and after all, you will just smile and feel amazing. That's how I feel now … have a great weekend!
