    You mentioned progressive overload on lower body creating curves. I'm trying to get rid of curves. I don't like the "Kardashian" look. How do I do that?

  10. You look great!! I’m glad that I’m already doing these moves bc I always remember a quote from a body builder yrs ago he said “your body doesn’t know what “weight” is your knows what RESISTANCE IS!” I love the deadlift pulse! I think it helps a great deal with perfecting your hinge
