    Absolutely loved this video. My knees naturally are inwards, probably happened over the years I gained weight. But, as soon as I go a bit heavier on squatting my knees cave in so, I would avoid doing the workout. I am defo going to try what you mentioned I've never heard that before , its worth a shot. thank youuuu xxx

  13. Hi – question: Where do you get shorts and pants that fit in the waist but don’t squeeze your thigh too much on the bottom seam??! Please help my quads have outgrown all my workout bottoms. Any brands you could suggest would be helpful!

  37. Uh yes!! I spent 3 years waiting on my first home to be built. I was lucky to get some land for free upfront. But of course you have to pay for all these permits to the city and inspectors to build. Paid to clear some trees out to make room for a home I picked the design for my daughter and I. Payed the architect to help design my home and pay extra with every change in the plan. Building costs, tree removal, electrical, gas and water lines, foundation, windows/doors, all appliances, and toilets, tubs, tile. I
    Kept the lower level concrete to save money. Window shades are a pretty penny
    And since it’s a brand new build you pay for everything like interior doors,
    Ceiling fans, lighting, etc. Not to mention home insurance, saving monthly for property taxes, had to pay to put a driveway in first so vehicles could get in to deliver materials to build. Had to get everything new as it was raw forested land. Then in my single mom income pay to furnish it all. We moved from an efficiency before so had very little furniture. Now my daughter has her own room and a play room and I have a kitchen I designed myself. It’s truly a blessing but almost a year in my home still not completely furnished. Have already had a water heater leak x2, a window cracked, tree falling on roof so had to redo the siding, cutting down more trees next month Bc some are hazardous. 🤦🏽‍♀️ Just payed my property taxes for last year over 3G and home insurance is due for another year coverage. Owning a home is incredibly costly. But it’s a good problem to have I suppose. Was hoping this year I could put a Christmas tree up but literally all these expenses hit me so we will just go to my parents house for Xmas so it’s not so sad with no tree! Priorities!
