    Hi, PJ. Did this workout today. It was challenging, and I don't have squishy ball so I used a couch pillow. It's cold out, but now I'm sweating, and the cat is bemused.

  7. How did you know I wanted to train abs today? I added this on after a step workout and used the step to put my hands on for the plank moves- that makes it easier on my low back and helps me keep good form. This was intense- loved it! Thanks PJ!

  10. used my dogs' big squish ball to make it work…. wasn't perfect but I really enjoyed this. thank you. especially that last move… the whole body was involved. awesome.

    Good workout, I just didn't feel anything with the ball under my shoulder blades. I don't know what I was doing wrong. I am sure I will feel my abs later tho! 😅

  25. In my workout room, no one can hear me scream. This was brutal, PJ… brutal. But I loved it. Finished up with the 10 min finisher and now I’m toast. Awesome as always 👍🦘
