    I have to admit that I felt really klutzy trying to do this work out. It was good, but I just wasn't feeling the love as much this morning. I did make it through and that's what is important.

    But just to say I completely agree on changing up your exercise and challenge the body everyday that I do agree on for me if I didn't I get bored and move on to something else and as they say change is good consistency is KEY.
    like you say I got heavier weights to challenge myself and lol 😆 I'm challenged but they will be my challenge until I get use to them then I'll go again

    Day 11 done and another nice one PJ…You can preach away lol I had a flash back to my gym years they would give you 10 exercises to do for 6 weeks! You would up your weights BUT sooooooo boring so I used to ask my gym trainer for a new program every week haha Love your variety we think the same 😛
