  14. Done again thus time listening to the instructions!!! So slower and more controlled but this time did it 3 times 10 reps first then 20 then 10 again. When you say 10 I do per leg or side which means THAT I end up doing double..loved it Niw ti get ready for my last zumba class of the year. Thanks Lucy!!!
