    I’m very curious about whether u only do these at home workouts or do you weight train at the gym as well. It seems like it’s not possible to be this built/toned by doing JUST at home workouts. Personally, I plateaued during quarantine while solely relying on home workouts, and even lost a lot of muscle because I’m burning fat more then building muscle
